In the app: Account → Delete account. This removes your account, memories, agents, connector tokens and cloud data. Billing records required by law are retained.

Is Orbitaire available yet?
Orbitaire is currently in development. Follow cachestack.co.uk for launch updates.
What happens to my data if I don't upgrade to Pro?
Everything you can do on the Free plan works fully offline-first on your device. Upgrading to Pro adds cloud sync, so your data starts being backed up across your devices, but it doesn't change how your existing local data is handled.
Which AI models does Orbitaire use?
Orbitaire routes your conversations through a small, curated set of models, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, GLM and Claude, via CacheStack's backend. See the Privacy Policy for details on what's sent to them.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store subscriptions link above, or go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
