Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Orbitaire, the app made by CacheStack Ltd (company number 17179570, “CacheStack”, “we”). By creating an account or using Orbitaire, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Orbitaire, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher. By using Orbitaire you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. The service
Orbitaire is a personal Life OS: an AI assistant with modules for chat, calendar, to-dos, meetings, gym, finance, images, shopping, scheduled agents, and shared memory. Features vary by subscription tier as described in the app and on our pricing page. We may add, change or remove features, including which AI models are offered, at any time.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at team@cachestack.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings in the app.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Orbitaire Free is available at no cost with usage limits described in the app. Orbitaire Pro is a paid subscription (currently £5.99/ month or £59.99/year, with a 14-day free trial on the monthly plan) billed through your App Store account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Prices may change; we'll give you notice before any change takes effect for your next billing cycle, as required by Apple's guidelines.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Orbitaire for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or cost caps on AI features.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its backend.
- Use Orbitaire to generate content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.
- Share your account with others or resell access to the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI-generated content
Orbitaire uses third-party AI models to generate responses, images and summaries. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, so you're responsible for reviewing and verifying anything important before relying on it. AI responses are not a substitute for professional advice.
7. Finance and health disclaimers
Finance module. Portfolio tracking, market data and payment reminders in Orbitaire are informational only. Orbitaire does not provide investment, tax or financial advice, and does not access your bank or brokerage accounts or execute trades. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate, so verify independently before making financial decisions.

8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create in Orbitaire: chat messages, notes, logs, and anything else you input. By using the app you grant CacheStack a limited license to process that content (including sending it to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy) solely to provide and improve the service to you.
9. Intellectual property
Orbitaire, the orbit mark, and the CacheStack name are trademarks of CacheStack Ltd. Except for the license to your own content above, nothing in these terms transfers any CacheStack intellectual property to you.
10. Third-party services
Orbitaire relies on third-party services, including AI model providers, Apple, Cloudflare, Supabase, RevenueCat, and optionally Google or Microsoft if you connect an account. Your use of features built on these services is also subject to those providers' own terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using Orbitaire and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where possible.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Orbitaire is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CacheStack Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Orbitaire. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
